I have had an interest in videography from a young age. I went through a few digital camcorders as a kid and would love making videos of my friends and I. I learned basic filming and video editing through courses in school, and I love recording content to continue practicing it on my own time. I am proficient with iMovie and I am learning Premiere Pro. I also have experience using a professional video camera. Check out some of my video work below!
Pre-Roll Advertisement – Aim Toothpaste
This is an advertisement that I made within a team. The objective was to create a pre-roll ad for a brand, and we created this trendy ASMR-themed ad to appeal to a younger audience to encourage them to brush their teeth with Aim toothpaste. The ad was created to run in front of popular ASMR videos and ASMR-related YouTubers. I was responsible for the ad's concept and shots.
TV Advertisement – Arizona Energy Drink
This is an advertisement that I made with my team with the objective to create an ad that would run on television. The ad is created to promote Arizona's energy drink to busy moms. I was responsible for the ad's concept, editing, and filming the majority of the shots.
Tutorial Video – Cooking Mashed Potatoes
This is a tutorial process video that I filmed and edited with a peer. I was responsible for most of the camera angles and close-up shots in this video. We filmed this video using a Sony HXR-NX5U camera.
PSA – Reusable water bottles
This is a public service announcement that I filmed and edited with a peer. We created this PSA to target students on JMU's campus and encourage them to use a reusable water bottle over disposable plastic bottles. I was responsible for shot set-up as well as the execution of some of the shots.
